    - Review and improvement of the existing Quality document : Hiep Thanh already certified for ANOVA TRACE PANGA.
    - Set up of a QMS based Quality system for Hiep Thanh Pangasius Farm .
    - Preparation for the Global GAP Certification
    - Audits and review of ANOVA Food Hiep Thanh Pangasius factory, feed suppliers, cool store contractors and other farms.

    I also took part to a working group for the elaboration of a WWF standard on Pangasius aquaculture (Pangasius Aquaculture Dialogue). It consisted of reviewing public comments and advices for the future standards. (Ho Chi Minh city, August the 5th and the 6th, 2009).

    2008 - 2008 Milling division of the Lantmännen group (2 months)


    Filled flour bags from 350g to 650kg. Took part in the anti bugs fight plan and cleaning work. Reviewed quality and hygiene in the production department and made oral presentations to management team about it.

    2007 - 2007 Cocoa processing company (2 months)

    Took part in the development of a new organic chocolate, from the tests on raw materials to organoleptic tests including lab tests, pilot production and cooking of products including that new chocolate in their recipes.
  • Classic Couverture Ltd, Liverpool, United Kingdom - Technician in the quality department

    2006 - 2006 Chocolate company (3 months)

    I helped the quality team in checking batches to agree their release. I also made a presentation of the different lines for new employees, and trained temporary employees to the quality tests. I wrote a procedure to calibrate thermometers and helped the quality team to file documents and product samples. An audit preparation was also a task I was called to help to.
