In charge of the analytical R&D in the fields of : food/feed analysis (identification/detection/quantification of animal/vegetal/bacterial DNA including Genetically Modified DNA and allergens) ; microflora analysis (technological bacteria and human/animal microbiota) using dedicated tools (QPCR, metasequencing, fingerprinting) ; biological analysis.
Participation in the French National Organization for Standardization groups on analytical methods for GMO and allergen analysis.
