As VP of Human Resources Luxury & Upscale France, I am responsible for a region of Hotels under Sofitel, Pullman and MGallery brands. Supporting Hotels Operations, I oversee the development and implementation of Human Resources policy, process and procedure, including talent acquisition through our 'School of Excellence' program, retention, brand service culture, learning and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, employee communications for pre-opening and existing Hotels.
