    VAUCRESSON 2007 - 2010 In charge of planning and implementing all race-related PR activities during the F1 championship, in order to support F1 accredited media (TV, print, web and radios) and Toyota distributors PR plans with local media.

    - coordination of interview schedules for drivers, technical and top management
    - set-up of press conferences
    - generation of stories towards print medias and TV stations
    - set-up of media events, relationship building dinners with key targets
    - key messages management follow-up and control of the information generated by and around the team. Briefing towards official spokespersons
    - validation of the press releases
    - crisis management implementation (used in case of injuries and strategical cases)

    VAUCRESSON 2006 - 2007 - Developped a new division within the PR department to reach new segments of media.
    - strategy set-up of the Corporate PR activities of the Team:
    - PDCA of the above strategy during the season at selected events / races and during the winter season.
    - acquisition of new media contacts and negociation to generate Win/Win coverage on non-performance-related and lifestyle topics
    - reactive and pro-active support to the Toyota family and sponsor PR projects

    VAUCRESSON 2004 - 2006 Consulting international sponsor accounts (ExxonMobil, Michelin/Bridgestone, others) and Toyota Family distributors.

    - provided consulting services to clients for all F1 sponsorship activity development and implementation (above and below-the-line).
    - managed the flow of communication between the Team, the sponsors national offices, the Toyota Regional offices or distributors and the Motorsport Business division of Toyota Motor Corporation in Japan.
    - facilitated cross marketing / promotion activities between sponsors / Toyota
    - driver days planning and management of all sponsor requests and according to each driver contract.

    balma 2002 - 2004 - Consulting brands involved in sports sponsorship and acting as outsourced sponsorship specialist within the client’s business (internal/retailers/customer/media).
