Apr. 2013 – July 2014 : CAT (Compagnie d’Affrètement et Transport) as part of a 5-people PMO team (1 Moroccan and 4 French resources):
-Planning coordination (13 schedules under Microsoft Project Server), resource management (about 100 people), financial monitoring and forecast, planning and conducting of management meetings
-Implementation of new planning and reporting tools (Excel, Project) for the Account
-Work sessions on the transformation of the Account’s organisation
Since April 2014 : CAT as a leader on a 4-people PMO team (2 Egypt and 2 French resources):
-Planning management expert on Microsoft Project
-Financial management expert : creation and use of a yearly excel tool supporting the €4-Million turnover of the account (cost/revenue/actuals/forecast)
-Work optimization which allowed to reduce efficiently PMO time to 50% from July 2014
Since July 2014 (50%) : GDF-SUEZ Program ($21Million Total Cost Value) as part of a 6 people PMO team (2 Moroccan 1 Bulgarian 3 French resources)
-Preparation and attendance to client meetings (Steering operational committee, Go/no Go meetings, …)
-Financial management (actuals & forecast using internal tool)
-Planning management (14 schedules from 10 different project managers using dependencies)
-Preparation, attendance and management of project review meeting (risks/issues/key milestones/planning dependencies/change request…)
-Single Point Of Contact for the customer on a group of activities from different projects within the program
