    Boulogne Billancourt 2014 - maintenant As IS Project Leader (ISPL) I organize, drive and monitor the delivery of a project or work package of a project from its beginning to its conclusion in order to obtain a result that meets the functional & technical requirements, within agreed budget, schedule & resource.
    I report operationally to the Project Manager and I am supported by Infrastructure Leader and Architects.

    KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
    Holding and Managing (Plan/Steer/Control)
    - The IS part of the budget
    - The IS part of the project plan
    - Delivering the IS solution within the scope and limits of time and authorized budget
    Steering the IS activities of the project :
    - Coordination of all functional, technical and infrastructure activities necessary for the design,
    - Development
    - Integration
    - Implementation of the solution (including tool selection, sub-contractor selection)
    - Monitoring cost and performance (IS part)
    - Leading the activity of the IS project team
    - Ensuring appropriate IS Resource allocation, including sourcing decisions (IS subcontracting)
    - Fulfilling IS Quality objectives, complying with the Quality Plan and respecting standards (including GPP)
    - Assessing suitability of proposed solutions (Validation)
    - Verifying the solution compliance with requirements
    - Regularly reviewing integration process with Integration Team
    - Regularly reviewing Testing progress with Test Manager(s)
    - Establishing the Service Level Requirements (SLR)
    - Ensuring Product configuration management/administration
    - Providing data for the end Project report, including lessons learnt
    - Ensuring the progress of the project by monitoring supplier progress and deliveries

    My requirement management activities consisted in the following tasks :
    - Support for the capture, the analysis, the approval and the validation of the requirements,
    - Manage/administer links between requirements,
    - Manage in configuration the requirement modules,
    - Monitors the local requirement documents cascade,
    - Sets up the V&V activities (V&V plan, modules, matrix, monitoring),
    - Support for Requirements Verification (Design and Product),
    - Acts as a RM focal point for his perimeter.

It is a continuous process throughout a project. In this scope I learnt the RM activity on the Airbus A350 XWB program.
  • CNES - Stagiaire

    Toulouse 2008 - 2009 Fluid/Structure simulation: Study of solid rocket motor propulsion. The goal of this training period is to participate to the setting of the simulation of the motor ignition, in particular on the mechanical simulation of the propellant grain with the code ABAQUS coupled with the fluid dynamic code FLUENT, using the coupling code MpCCI.
