  • Teleinfra - Business Development & Quality Manager

    2018 - maintenant Revitalize the company through the institution of management systems which lend further support to customers. Implement company management policies including purchasing, HSE, recruitment, CRM, non-compliance, performance management, and rewards to provide stakeholders with quality assurance.
    Key Achievements:
     Conclude 75% of open nonconformities with substantial enhancement of the ability to close nonconformities in an SLA of 72 hours.
     Establish a Telecoms Installation (TI) monitoring system leading to an award for the Model Innovation Collaboration Prize from Huawei.
     Engineer a Field Work Control System reducing thefts and losses by over 30% in the last six months.
     Reduce penalties in relation to contract performance and employee performance by almost 45%.
  • MTN Cameroun - Sales and Distribution Project Manager

    2016 - 2018 Selected to deliver a project approach in the organization through the Sales and Distribution Department of MTN Cameroun innovative methods to reduce cost of sales, diversify distribution channels, and integrated mobile sales and consumption. Chaired a bank integration program which oversaw the distribution of a signed contract with three of the top banks, UBA, Ecobank, and Banque Atlantique.
    Key Achievements:
     Slashed sales costs from 8.5% to 6% saving an additional 2.5% and 274M XAF in the 2017 sales quarter.
     Secured 711M XAF not including the cost savings by only spending 41M in a 96M XAF budget.
     Maximized the company’s NPS with 90% of the pilot phase retailers gaining additional revenue and business.
  • Eneo Cameroun - Project Manager / Project Control Officer

    Montpellier 2016 - 2016 Strengthened the company's project management capabilities and cultivated its internal environment to increase its credibility and NPS with its stakeholders, investors, and shareholders. Implemented solutions which optimized the management of the project documents, trained the agents involved in the project management, and conceptualized the PMBOK of the PMI to make a project management guide tailored to the processes of the company. Headed the draft a work acceptance manual and formalized the project closure procedure which allowed for faster investment capitalization.
    Key Achievement:
     Generated 21B XAF through to completion of projects in progress or from years prior.

    2015 - 2016 Oversaw the business development for corporations including HELIATEC France, SCDP, Asymptote France, and Blaze Energy.     Key Achievement:
     Presided over the project management and construction of three cylindrical tanks of 6000 m³ including two at the oil depot of Nsam-Yaoundé and one at Douala oil depot with COSSI group and BLAZE ENERGY.
     Streamlined the management of the construction the Bertoua Liquified Petroleum Gas Plant.

    Vienne 2014 - 2015 Expertly regulated key accounts including Sogea-Satom, Sonara, Foster Wheeler, COTCO, and Friedlander. Coordinated professionals and delivered leadership to project teams. Bolstered relationships with contractors and customers to certify sustainable collaborations. Executed the Project KPI and created monthly reports, including profit and loss. Promoted QHSE compliance at every opportunity and escalated any quality issue.
    Key Achievement:
     Championed the project management of Sonara with a budget of 1.3B XAF and a savings of 345M XAF at the project completion.

     Secured 35 new corporate accounts in the bank’s books.
     Partnered with 45 corporate clients in the editing of credit files and execution of projects.

    2009 - 2011 Headed the management of significant projects including CRTV, MTN, OPTIBASE, KAKOTEL, and Oxygene Technology. Cooperated with the Sales Director to pitch and close new business. Organised weekly team meetings with staff, directors, and senior managers. Involved in the daily management of clients. Resolved client concerns and ensured the resolution of issues in a timely manner. Participated in team building and sales training events.
    Key Achievement:
     Streamlined the turnover of 265M XAF for multiple projects such as an interconnection of the agencies for CRTV.

    2007 - 2009 Directed all aspects of billing system applications for the facility. Orchestrated a schedule within the framework of the project and ensured that all the tasks listed in the calendar were carried out in the times and qualities required by the specifications. Coordinated testing to detect any possible errors in the system. Followed up on corrective actions, training users and maintain during migration.

     Completed numerous curative maintenance missions, tested modules, and instructed various users.
