    Clichy 2014 - maintenant The Process & Tool Coordinator is part in securing successful process and project implementation.
    The coordinator supports the Process Team with design standards, methods and tools to help them design new business processes. The coordinator is the “system owner” for the “How we work” – process publication tool. Furthermore, the coordinator contributes to establish a project office support for integrated project management and quality control for all IT projects and non-IT projects (latter on request) within IT Office project portfolio.
    In tight collaboration with PMO Manager, who is in charge of project methodology definition and implementation, the coordinator animates the IT Office project portfolio according to the defined PMO processes within a Project management Tool and ensuring the overall compliance.

    Clichy 2009 - 2013 Management of projects at the Group Level (Visitor Management, switchboard messages – cost and timing estimate, progress follow-up)
    - Help to Communication tools conception (customers magazines, brochures, annual report, videos, technical documentation)
