- Define and implement the Regional Operation (RO) sales strategy, agreed with the RO Sales Director and the PSA Sales Director, to increase turnover and market shares.
=> Pricing policy, follow-up of technical productivity plans for serial products, to both satisfy customer requirements and increase product margin.
=> Participate with the PSA Customer Director to the PMT and budget preparation
- Identify and participate Customer's new programs:
=> Prepare and present to the RO Committee the Project Start-Up and Contract Approval
- New products:
=> Participate to the new product development as Sales Project Team Member.
=> Sales follow-up during the development phases, negociation of perimeter changes with the target improving project margins
=> Participate to the project Management Committee
- Implement SWOT analysis
=> Update and identify Valeo's Strenghts and Weaknesses compare with competition
=> Identify the customer's technical expectations and make sure those information are known within the organization
=> Participate to technical innovation presentations to the customer
- Monitor and update with the customer, budget, price index follow-up and price lists
- Eradicate possible customer overdue
