    2004 - 2005 My mission is development and implementation of strategic sourcing plans at the lowest total cost to meet the defined requirements of requestors within the Philips Organization.
    Key achievements are:
    •Negotiation and deployment of a printing service contract with HP within all Philips business units – 12% estimated saving compared to previous individual deployed solutions.
    •Development of purchasing tools and methodologies for the new EBP systems (Purchasing module of SAP). Deployment in several major Philips sites in France.
    •Selection and negotiation with suppliers for Time hire and management of IT services. 30% saving achieved (in a stable market) for this negotiation and new selection
  • Cellon (Chinese company) - mobile phones - Strategic internationl purchasing

    2001 - 2004 My mission within Cellon business development and advanced purchasing group, is to identify, negotiate and manage strategic intellectual property agreement with software partners and value added service providers on a worldwide basis. Active member of the Patent Committee group, I participate in the valorisation of the company patents portfolio.
    Portfolio value around €40 millions
    Management of small international team

    Key achievements are:
    •Definition of a global software and Intellectual Property purchasing strategy. Participation in the definition of the new Business Development group.
    •Identification of new suppliers to answer future market requirements, with a strong focus on Chinese market.
    •Negotiation and signature of global software/IP license agreements (java, games, text input, downloadable melodies, multimedia messaging, etc). – 15% saving and additional income over €1 million on re-sale model put in place.
    •Giving training on Intellectual Property management within CEC Wireless China (mother company).

    2000 - 2001 My mission within PCC was to drive, steer and optimize alliance networking as a tool to achieve business plan objectives, by filling up technology gap and /or having a unique technology.
    Key achievements are:
    •Mapping competitor’s strategic alliances (type of agreement interesting: merger, OEM, 3rd Generation, software, etc).
    •Co-ordinating with foreign offices (Israel, Taiwan, Korea, Japan and USA) worldwide screening in order to identify new technologies as: integrated antennas, optical transmission measurement system, display screen, etc.
    •Participation in the selection process for outsourcing development of specific mobile phone design (OEM/ ODM).
    •Selection and negotiation of video streaming technologies, multimedia messaging services and games.
    •Negotiating partnership agreement with infrastructure vendors: to validate internal research and developments work in the field of: GPRS, AMR and UMTS.

    Mission: advisory services to multinational importing/exporting goods into/from the European Union.
    Key achievements are:
    •Analysis and proposition in report of solutions adapted to our customers (automotive, chemicals, toys industries), which in term of cutting costs and cash flow are the most advantageous.
    •Setting up those solutions by: negotiating with customs authorities, training employees, designing management chart, etc.
    • Saving reached per year around £3M
