    Responsibilities:
    * Strategic Alliance with respect to International Business ;
    * Human Resources
    Strategic Alliance:
    * Work with the CMD to align strategic business plans and roadmaps of the Company's strategy, goals and objectives ;
    * Evaluates, manages and leads new strategic business opportunities, initiatives and/or joint ventures with other companies compatible with the Company
    * Oversees market analysis, monitors competitive activity, and identifies customer needs
    * Develop business cases, including strategy, financial and business analysis, modeling, cost savings/synergies, valuations, and delivering management-level analyses and recommendations to the CMD, based on sound business and financial analyses
    * Involved in annual and short/long-term planning, designing, due diligence, and implementing of strategic business objectives in coordination with the CMD
    * Defines vision, strategies, and tactics and selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function
    * Corporate Relations with foreign companies. After tie-up with various foreign companies, interact with media and provide them news article on tie-ups.
    * Lookout for joint technology collaboration / product distribution / respond jointly to Indian Defence and Aerospace tenders / Contract Manufacturing (Built to Print) / Defence Offsets / Joint Ventures
    * Networking ;
    * Frequent contacts through Email, Phone, any other mode
    * Visit prospect client's web site and understand their financial reports and forecasting
    * Liaison with various ministries in India and their departments
    * Embassies, trade centres of different countries to establish contacts of respective country

    Human Resources:

    * Outsourcing HR activities ;
    * Review and establish strategic relationships with Academia ;
    * Plan and assist with strategic academic partnerships at various universities / colleges across India and overseas Universities* ;

    * Initiated and involved with European & Israel companies for Indian defence tenders
    * Made 10NDA and 20+MoU's with Aerospace and Defence companies for various activities with respect to Indian market
