Professional summary:
Starting from a good background in administration and computer science, and as a software developer and customer support engineer, I have moved into the business area. I have acquired a thorough understanding of legal and licensing issues with regard to IP. I have been a key player in negotiating new licensing deals, and renewals; in providing pre- and post-sales support; and in taking responsibility for owning and closing issues. My deep knowledge of the wireless and embedded markets has been coupled with excellent customer relations skills, allowing approach to new markets, like lately the IoT and assessment of new opportunities. In my current position, I have invested in program management skill for the market and business development team. My work has involved extensive travel, and I am at ease in managing and resolving licensing and other customer issues either by myself, or as a member of a team. I am also comfortable in managing a worldwide, multi-cultural and remote team. I’m always looking how to improve the practices in order to improve efficiency and develop more business.
