Provide Human Relations support for both Mylan entities in Belgium, (Mylan and Docpharma).
A member of Management Team reporting to the General Manager.
Provide leadership in and set the strategic direction for the local HR function in line with and in support of the business strategy

Balance integration with the EMEA Regional and Global HR organizations in line with local requirements

Achievements:
• Set up from scratch the HR department (a start-up company), reducing cost was very important at this stage.
• Reducing salary cost with 4% the first year, by optimizing the salary structure using the different formulas available in our social security law system.
• Reducing customer payment terms with 13%, by implementing appropriate actions and close follow up. This improved the thesauri position of the company with +/- 400k€
