Issy-les-Moulineaux 2014 - maintenantAs a Deployment Manager, I am responsible for supporting and inspiring the Sodexo Country Transition Teams during the Mobilisation, Transition and Stabilisation phases of International Contract(s) Deployment.
My key responsibilities:
- During the due diligence phase, challenge the data collected and ensure to capture relevant amount and specifications of financial and operational information.
- During the solution preparation, support and inspire the Sodexo Country Teams in the designing of the solution, and work with the teams to optimize the solutions.
- Train the Site Teams at each stage of the process and Support completion of process tools within the roll-out program
- Provide insights to the service sheets elaborated by the Sodexo Country Teams.
- Ensure the application of best practices, benchmarking and innovation in the proposed solutions.
- Challenge the organization and operational model provided by Sodexo Country Teams in order to achieve contract commitments (e.g. safety, quality, productivity, savings).
- Ensure that consistent methodology and tools are being used in all the sites.
- Lead internal solution workshops.
- Participate in key presentation meetings with the Client.
- Liaise closely with the Service Excellence Team to be aware of any new ideas in other accounts and to contribute to the completion of consolidated innovation registers
