Currently:First in-house Legal Manager, Eni S.p.A (Gas & Power Division) – French Branch, Paris (Eni’s commercial vehicle in France operating in the gas business).
This position mainly consists in legal direct assistance to the Branch for all its activities and more specifically in:
negotiation, drafting, amendment and review of GSPA, MSPA, swap, EFET, bank and parent company guarantees, CA;
assignment of contracts;
litigations and various claims;
legal support to the fast-growing position of the Branch in the local market (both through acquisitions and internal growth).

In charge of:
drafting, negotiation, reviewing and amending (both in English and French) of GSPA, MSPA, swap, EFET, CA for Eni’s international activities (and particularly for the French market);
drafting, negotiation, reviewing and amending of bank and parent company guarantees in collaboration with the Financial Department;
permanent legal assistance to the French Branch;
