    Paris 2006 - 2008 Responsible of the Unification of Dexia Asset Management datacenters. This project include the move of all DAM former IT infrastructures to the new unified location in Luxembourg and the reach of the level of services specified by DAM Business. The project perimeter cover every aspect of an outsourcing management from the hardware moves to the implementation of a new organisation,roles and responsibilities.

    Paris 2002 - 2006 Creation and management of DAM IT Belgium department.Responsible for both development and production department of IT Dexia Asset Management. Team of 40 members interacting with several hosters.

  • Ariane II - CIO and Group Technical Director

    Châtellerault 1999 - 2002 Created and managed the IT internal department and then took responsability for managing and developping fixed priced project activities for Ariane II. This role involved the coaching of the fixed price activities of Ariane II european agencies and the reporting to the executive comittee.
    I was also involved in the IPO of ariane II (Euronext).

    It department had to support around 500 portable over the french agencies and was responsible for the design and developpment of french audit it templates.
    This role included the management of a team of 8 technicians and developpers.
