-to be read with great humor-
I am able to handle 3 majors traffics, take bookings for 5 different consols and to answer of 12 callings in the same time.
It’s not necessary to sleep, a forwarding agent stays at disposal 24 hours per day, 7 days 7.
I am responsible of any product delay from shippers, traffic jam, mechanical matters on truck, planes, boats but also for economic crisis!
I can do all my best to increase capacity weight and volume on truck, on flight, even if there is no space more.
I can create a good relationship with the trucker, I can ask him to load or unload shipper’s shipment, and gracefully.
I have the power to clear all problems in order to deliver the shipment to the airline company before the deadline.
Be a forwarding agent is also to be a magician or a fairy
I keep the smile and know listening. I know working in a team, I develop every day the capacity to negotiate everything with everybody in every circumstances.
I can get without difficulty a competitive freight rate including customs clearance and delivery for a shipment to Dubaï or Fort de France …
