  • Volvo IT for CGI - SAP Solution Architect / Solution Owner

    2011 - 2012 Project Context :

    A new accounting and controlling model of Volvo Group has to be adopted into SAP HR (global Group Application)
    This new financial concept impacts a lot the financial organization into SAPHR and of course all other applications.
    Indeed the new financial concept will be unique and will be assigned to all company codes of Volvo Group.
    A new Financial system will be dedicated and will replace all financial systems.
    The adaptation of this new financial concept into SAP HR (2 systems: one core systems and other dedicated for Asian payroll) wil be made thru an SLO (System Landscape Optimization). This activity will be performed by SAP.

    My Mission :

    As a technical and functional coordinator for SAP HR, I did the impact analysis on :
    - HR business processes (PA, OM, PT, PY, Benefits, concurrent employment, FI-TV)
    - HR Legacy interfaces
    - SAP2SAP integration between

    This pre-study was needed to :
    - Define how SAP HR can be compliant with the new financial design
    - Determine the workload and compentencies needs for all project phases.

    My main works are based now on :
    - Solution design for all HR business processes listed above, interfaces and SAP2SAP integration
    - Coordination of all consultant staffed on this project
    - Supporting business team
    - Communication with the financial project team
    - Presentation of the solution to HR project team, HR solution maintenance team, HR system owner
    - Reporting to Project Manager
    - Global Delivery documentation
    - Main point contact for SAP expert to define the strategy of the SAP HR conversion (SLO)

    Before implementing (development and customizing) a new company code into the SAP Financial system I delivered :

    2010 - 2010 Preparation of data to permitt the upload into SAP system
  • The Manitowoc Company - Technical Consultant

    Manitowoc 2010 - 2010 My mission was to elaborate the tests to be run thru solman after upgrade of SAP.
    The test strategy was defined on sap module : SD, MM, PP, Service and FICO.
    All tests were defined into E-CATT and was able to be run from SOLMAN into each lyfe cycle system.

    I wrote a documentation and introduce how to use the blueprint and remote tests from solman to the responsible of the department.
