- Large expertise in space radar systems (9 years)
- Expertise in earth observation space missions (orbitography, products definition and quality, interfaces between payload and ground processing)
- Research and development: wide spectrum of activities on new instrumental concepts
Management Skills:
- Technical management of a complete instrument as a prime contractor (budget > 50M€)
- Management of a program team of more than 50 engineers
- Management of subcontractors throughout Europe
- Work under strong planning pressure
- To be at the interface between various fields of professionals (institutions, industries, universities)
Financial and marketing skills:
- To set-up technical and financial proposals from R&D activities to large subsystems involving many subcontractors (budget 100k€ - 100M€)
- To negotiate contracts technically and financially
- To define and plan a strategy of development for the near future and further in a changeable context

- To develop and manage a team under pressure in the context of an international space program
- To communicate and perform lobbying on the activities (through congresses worldwide, publications in specialized journals, etc.)
