Program Manager for 4TRESS product line, covering authentication servers and BYOD tokens, involving over 30 engineers distributed on several countries, I am responsible for the following:
• Drive an internationally distributed team of project leads ensuring the products are released on time and with quality
• Align products design to marketing requirements, responsible of functional specifications
• Review and approve architecture, dev, test and tech writers plans alignment with feature delivery, manage communications with third party vendors
• Monitor execution, analyze risk, and build contingency plans for risk mitigation
• Maintain regular communications with business stakeholders, reporting to executive management
