The training department (Creation of service)
• Guide the choice of trainings following the objectives of the company.
• Manage the training plan: organization, pedagogy, calendar, planning…
• Figure out the plan.
• Evaluate the quality and the return on investment of the trainings.
The recruitment department:
• Develop new methods to define recruitment needs
• Update recruitment procedures from sourcing to integration.
• Promote the company and make it more attractive
• Create an integration service
The management skills department: (Creation of service)
• Identify and analyse the needs according to the company policy
• Establish the timing according to the priorities.
