Wikayatou ATTANDA

PARIS

En résumé

After more than seven years as a research engineer, I would like to direct my career towards clinical research. To achieve this goal, I started a training session at Leonard de Vinci Institute (Paris-La Défense) that will provide me a Clinical Research Associate degree. Due to my training period, I am looking for a 6 months internship period starting mid-June 2015 in a C.R.O. A job proposal can be also considered. I am organized and proactive, I am careful, curious, and determined for this new challenge.

Entreprises

  • GENOSAFE - Qualified Laboratory Assistant

2013 - 2014 Evaluating the quality, safety and efficacy of innovative biological products in Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) conditions.
    SOP Writing, Template validation.
  • Institut Curie - Laboratory Research Associate

PARIS 5 2010 - 2013 In the structural motility laboratory, my work involved the cloning of nucleic acid fragments, the production and purification of recombinant proteins (myosins and Rab protein) in E. coli bacterial system. These purified proteins were then characterized by biochemical and biophysical methods.
  • CNRS Paris Didérot - Biology Research Engineer

2009 - 2010 I have developed a method to determine the function of a transcription factor by the Reporter Gene Assay in HeLa and HEK 293 mammalian cells
  • Commisariat à l'Energie Atomique (CEA) Saclay - Biochemistry Research Engineer

2008 - 2009 In the laboratory of Structural Biology, I was in charge of cloning DNA fragments ; Then, I proceed to production and purification of several proteins of the nuclear envelope in order to characterize them by biophysical methods.
  • Sanofi - Intern Research Assistant

Paris 2007 - 2007 I optimized the conditions of production of six recombinant proteins in mammalian cells (CHO and HEK) and insect cells (Sf9 and H5)
