En résumé

Une formation initiale d’ingénieur généraliste mécanicien et une solide culture ferroviaire m’ont permis de me placer actuellement en expert technique ferroviaire dans le secteur européen de la maintenance des wagons de fret.

Mes différentes expériences professionnelles ont confirmé ma capacité d’adaptation à des structures d’entreprises très variées ainsi que mon goût pour les environnements internationaux.

Fiable, rigoureux, ouvert d’esprit et appréciant le travail en équipe, je suis à l'aise dans le management de projets transverses au sein de l’entreprise. Exigeant et recherchant l’efficacité, j’ai à cœur de participer à l’amélioration continue de l’organisation et des processus de l’entreprise.

  • Akiem - Deputy Technical Director

    2018 - maintenant The Deputy Technical Director (DTA) oversees the management of railway safety (Entity in Charge of Maintenance (ECM) of Locomotives and Personnel Safety), Quality Management (ISO 9001) and budget management.

    Missions :
    - proposes and implements organizational changes within the DT within the framework of its delegations,
    - pilots and improves the management system of the Technical Department and the transversal management of the ECM missions, partly subcontracted. As such, orders and monitors the organizations in charge of the ECM missions, to ensure a high level of performance (reliability, availability and safety),
    - ensures the conformity of the processes of Akiem and of its service providers through the performance of audits and inspections,
    - ensure that non-conformities of the Technical Department and its service providers are addressed and pilots the implementation of the associated action plans, in relation with the pilots of the processes concerned.
    - defines and manages the budget of the Technical Department and ensures the respect of financial commitments.

  • Touax - Technical Director

    La Défense cedex 2013 - 2017 Supervises the whole of the technical activity
    Manages and lead the department's activities (10 people, budget 12 M€) :
    - Procurement and modification of wagons;
    - Delivery, rental and return of wagons;
    - Maintenance of wagons;
    - Maintenance updates and design;
    - Spare part procurement and Logistics.
    Whilst ensuring:
    - the continuity of the TOUAX ECM
    - the meeting of the budget and reduction of maintenance costs
    - the management of the department's personnel
    Actively monitors the market (changes to regulations, certifications, events, innovations, competition etc.) and distribute useful information (technical, market etc.) to associates.
    Participates in making technical choices and establishing strategic guidelines and in developments of the TOUAX wagon fleet.

  • TOUAX - Quality and Maintenance Safety Manager

    La Défense cedex 2009 - 2013 Missions:
    Animation of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System of the Rail Division.
    Definition and monitoring of freight wagons maintenance plans in compliance with the railway safety requirements.
    Railway technical expertise.
    Achievements:
    Management of the ISO 9001 certification project and obtaining of the certification in July 2010.
    Management of the ECM (Entity in Charge of Maintenance) certification project and obtaining of the certification in December 2011..

  • ALSTOM Transport TGS - Systems Engineer

    Saint Ouen 2008 - 2009 Technical coordination of the Reunion Island Tram-Train offers :
    - Analysis of the customer system specification.
    - Definition of interfaces between Tram-Trainsubsystems .
    - Coordination of the implementation of the technical response to tender.

  • FAIVELEY TRANSPORT - Technical Manager Tenders

    Saint Denis 2007 - 2008 Responsibility of railway current collection equipment projects in tender phase :
    - Analysis of the specifications of the customers,
    - Identification and optimization of technical solutions,
    - Coordination of the implementation of the technical file of the tender,
    - Technical interface with customers.

  • WILO INTEC - Project Manager

    2006 - 2006 Management of technical projects of pumps and circulators for individual boilers.
    - Analysis of customer needs.
    - Animation and monitoring new developments in accordance with the objectives of cost, time, quality and performance.

  • JOHN DEERE - Application Engineer

    Moline 1997 - 2006 Responsibility for diesel engines implementation projects for agricultural equipment and vehicles, industrial and public works.
    - Identification and analysis of the specification of new projects with customers.
    - Planning managing and follow-up of the development of the engine performances and new parts with design offices entrusted to the Deere group.
    - Compliance costs and implementing cost reduction projects.
    - Coordination of steps involved in production of goods in connection with the various services (methods, Purchasing, Logistics) of plants of the Deere group (USA, Mexico, France).
    - Technical support to customers and Marketing in an international context.
