As a member of Project & Program Management (P&PM) Center of Competences, I am working with the R&T Chief Engineer to ensure the proper deployment and compliance with standards of P&PM methodologies, processes and tools across R&T Program.
As such, I am responsible, operationally, to provide Program Management support and functionally to drive the enhancement of P&PM practices (definition of new methodologies, enhancement of existing ones...).
I have also the responsibility to coordinate a transnational group of P&PM operational experts.
