    2013 - maintenant Based in Dubai. In charge of project management for Middle East & Central Asia (MECA) region of Alstom Grid. Project portfolio with annual sales > 700 M€.

    - Improvement actions on people, methods and tools to raise operational efficiency of turnkey project execution: project managers certification program, return of experience meetings, risk sessions, planning sessions, training plans, coaching etc.
    - Work in close cooperation with Regional Operations Director for Operations management to ensure on-time delivery, cash collection follow-up, overdue reduction action plans, "One Grid" & PMH implementation.
    - In charge of specific actions for Operations of MECA Region

    > Operations development plan for Alstom Grid in Saudi Arabia (organization, people)
    > Recruitment plan for Alstom Grid Saudi Arabia (90 people, all functions): leading recruitment reviews, coordinating between Human Resources & Operations, CVs screening, interviews, follow-up
    > Preparation of some complex claim files or settlement agreement (e.g. Extension of Time claim for 380kV 120M€ project)
    > Co-monitoring of the closing phase of a 600M€ project (14 substations) in Qatar to get outstanding cash: boosting of defects clearance program and close-out activities (spare parts, tools, as-built etc)
  • ALSTOM Grid - Project Manager

    2011 - maintenant Power Electronics activity.
    Execution of a turnkey project for RUSAL comprising 4 x DC Rectifier substations + 2 x 220kV GIS AC substations for two new Aluminium Smelters in Russia (Worth > €200M).
  • AREVA T&D / ALSTOM GRID - Project Manager

    2009 - 2011 Deputy Project Director. In charge of the execution of a turnkey project comprising 10 x 220kV Substations for the General Electric Company of Libya ("GECOL")
  • AREVA T&D - Sales Project Manager / Senior Sales Project Manager

    2006 - 2009 - Team Leader for preparation of technical and commercial offers for export turnkey projects of HV substations (worth €10M up to €100M+). International customers (Middle East)
    - Management of all the technical and commercial aspects of the offers in coordination with the support teams (Finance, Legal, Tax, Tendering, Sourcing, Logistic etc.).
    - Market and competition analysis, target prices definition and proposition of the offer / execution strategy.
    - Presentation of projects to company top management for validation and decision-making.
    - Negotiations with world wide based factories, main partners, subcontractors and customers till contract signature.
    - Training and coaching of newly hired engineers.
