2009 - 2011This role saw me undertake diverse administrative duties, as well as be involved in different stages of event and campaign management. I was primarily responsible for information and market research, liaising with clients and media, producing and delivering news releases/invitations/pitches, establishing campaign strategies, using various social networks to communicate with stakeholders, and compiling media contact lists. During my employment, some of my major achievements included:
- In cooperation with Australian Association of Food Professionals, I planned and organised the 2010 Australian Food Media Awards as well as the Presentation Night at Sydney Darling Harbour.
- I planned and executed the campaigns for Australia Sustainable Seafood Day initiated by Marine Stewardship Council in both 2009 and 2010, including sustainable seafood dish showcase featured in star restaurants.
- As a core member, I participated the pitch for the project of a major client, and won the contract from internationally renowned PR companies.
