    • Intern management (Office):
    - Collaborate with Specialty Sales Manager in defining training tools and training methods for interns
    - Organize local Specialty store retailers visits to complete training
    - Collaborate with Specialty Sales Manager in establishing objective guidelines for interns’ road trips
    - Clearly communicate monthly sales objective to interns
    - Responsible to meet yearly “Road Trip” sales objectives for targeted zones

    • Intern management (Road Trip)
    - Keep close contact with interns on the road
    - Closely monitor interns’ schedule and work load
    - Communicate frequently and inform interns about specials, products, company initiatives, etc.
    - Analyze sales numbers weekly and evaluate monthly bonuses with Specialty Sales Manager for targeted zones

    • Intern Recruitment
    - Collaborate with Specialty Sales Manager in the recruitment of new interns

    SALES

    • Sales and customer relationship
    - Daily communication with clients over the phone and email on specials, products, company initiatives, etc
    - Order taking
    - Maintain good customer relationship with clients
    - Responsible for specific zones as assigned by Specialty Sales Manager
    - Responsible to meet yearly sales objectives in specialty
    - Responsible for special sales projects in new channels of distribution: Golf clubs, Baseball stadiums, Schools, etc.

    • Prospection
    - Increase prospect database on ACT!
    - Open new accounts through prospect research

    • Business analysis
    - Perform recap of tradeshows and make suggestions
    - Perform sales analysis on specials
    - Weekly and Monthly sales reporting on Quickbooks

    • Trade shows
    - Attend consumer shows: Maker Faire, Women expo, Third street sale, etc…
    - Attend trade shows: New York Toy Fair, GAMA, BEA

    • Other duties as assigned by manager

    GENERAL TASKS

    • Help the shipping department in the management of PDIs
    • Update monthly the store locator
