    Pasadena 2016 - maintenant  Manage the quality department(Civil, Mechanical, Piping ,Electrical and Instrumentation ) in downstream project.
     Provide technical support and program management to develop new and support existing Management Quality System of contractors.
     Provide day-to-day engineering deviation and support the construction team for safe, quality, and on-time Construction.
     Perform reviews of new Procedures/Specifications and associated ITPS.
     Develop Cause and Corrective Action determination and coordination with contractors and Engineering (JESA/FLS). Perform Root Cause Analysis and construction’s problem analysis using the lean techniques for process analysis and product improvement.
     Occasionally meet the client to provide technical assistance

  • Jacobs Engineering - Quality Engineer

    Pasadena 2014 - 2016  Monitor the quality of instrument’s installations (FT, PT, MOV…) and in charge of the elaboration of the monitoring system for quality control (calibration, wiring, Loop check…) for the phase I of the Project.
     Ensure the quality control of electrical installations (machine, electric post ...) and monitoring LPEE laboratory.
     in charge of the quality control for mechanical equipment (Ball Mill, Mixer, Bag Filter, Conveyor, High Speed Fans…) Phase II of the Project.
     Work to Improve the Management Quality Systems of subcontractors ensuring the respect of the procedures and contract requirements.
     Implementing and maintaining a monitoring system of mechanical quality controls (Progress of the achieved test in the ITPs).
     Responsible of quality assurance Review and comment of the vendor quality documents (WPS/PQR, ITP, QAP...).

  • Daewoo - Quality Engineer

    Roissy-en-France 2012 - 2013  Assist the subcontractors to improve their quality systems to meet customer requirements (JACOBS, OCP) for steel structure and mechanical.
     Ensure that the installations for the mechanical equipment (Steam Turbine, Dryer, Granulator, Generator, Tank ...) are in the compliance with client specifications for Welding and fit up, alignment, level and verticality and the respect of the engineering Drawing.
     Control of welding and painting for Steel Structure during the shop inspection, and the control of padding, plumbing and bolts tightening during the site inspections.
     Review and comment of the vendor quality documents (WPS/PQR, ITP, QAP...).
     Do the test for welder qualification (Steel Structure and Mechanical Sub-contractor).
     In charge of the Handover for the civil works in the second fertilizer Plant P3.

    - Etude et quantification des pertes due à la production en termes de cout, qualité et quantité.
    - Détection et élimination des causes et racines du problème de qualité par une étude AMDEC des réclamations.
    - Augmentation du temps productif par la réduction de temps réglage à l’aide de la méthode SMED.
    - Elaboration et mise en place d’un plan d’action pour chaque pilier de TPM & Tableau de bord de suivi (TRG, taux de réclamation).

    Mohammedia 2010 - 2010 la mise en œuvre de la méthode Qualité Lean 6 Sigma
    pour l’optimisation et l'élimination des variabilités du processus du gasoil a 50 PPM.
    - Identification des besoins des clients internes et des processus.
    - Mesure de variabilité des délais de préparation et d’analyse de laboratoire ainsi capabilité du processus.
    - Analyse des sources du problème et proposition d’un plan d’action détaillé et des moyens de control et de suivi.
