    LONS 2014 - 2015 BG Miskar AO-7 project QA/QC package upper and lower completion:

    Supervise NCR's, DWG's and machine shop modification and lead workshop operations.

    supervise third party NDT operations and approve inspection reports.

    Upper completion:
    Inspection sheets, make up to pup joints on the torque machine, pressure testing of:
    AOF top no go landing nipples
    AOR bottom no go landing nipples
    premier packers
    Tubing hangers

    Slickline workshop tests:
    Setting and pressure testing standing valves
    Setting and pressure testing plugs and prongs

    Lower completion:
    Spaceout calculation for primary, backup, tieback assemblies.

    Inspection sheets, redress, pressure and shear test, make up the liner hanger running tools:
    Debris barrier, junk cover, HR, HRD, HRD-E, DOBS, Swab cups, ST Landing sub, Rotating indicating setting dog sub, PBR Packoff, RS nipple, LFC adapter, Top set pusher tool.

    Perform pressure test and record shear value for the hanger.

    Shoe track:
    Make up, fit bow spring or rigid spiral centralizers and stop collars and pressure test shoe track: Type I and Type II landing collar, float collar, float shoe.

    Surface equipment:
    Redress, pressure test, function test pneumatic and conventional cement heads: swivel, TD head, ball dropping head, flag sub

  • FMC Technologies - Field services engineer

    SENS 2013 - 2014 I provide technical support for customers on the rig site, client base or office.

    Spud and morning meetings with clients. Prejob safety meeting, JSA and toolbox talk.
    Installation of CSG heads, CSG spools, UNIHEAD's, CSG hangers, Mandrel hangers, Packoff's, Tubing hangers.

    Run and retrieve Wear bushings, BOP test plugs.

    Installation of BPV's (H type or ISA) and TWCV using PBMO (pressure balanced manually operated lubricators) or hydraulic lubricators

    Act as my company representative troubleshooting issues and coordinating operations in direct relation with my equipment.

    Make sure that running tools are inspected, redressed and ready for use.

    Post job reports and wellheads datasheets.

    Prepare and check equipment before mobilization for drilling campaigns.

  • EPPM - Mechanical engineer

    Tunis 2013 - 2013 Design of boilers and under pressure vessels according to ASMEVIII.
    Design of storage tanks according to API 650 and API 620.
    Datasheets and specification for rotating equipment’s such as pumps, compressors.
    Design and finite element analysis of rectangular storage tanks.
    Write procedures for pipeline and piping lifting and rigging.
    Evaluation of technical offers related to mechanical equipments.
