Highly collaborate with R&D, Sales & project marketing departments in Taipei as well as communicate with operating and manufacturing groups in Tianjin (China)
Continuously improve quality of products as well as manufacturing performance
- Achievements of improving yield rate from 85% in avg. to 98% and implementing new materials onto mass-production line
Design a customized product sheet and propose the product to Sales & Marketing department in order to retain sales and keep trust from regular customers and create market share from potential customers to the market
