To characterize myself, I've an Intercultural profile, since I was born, I lived ten years abroad. (United States, England, Egypt, Emirates and others). So I speak fluently French, English, Spanish and Arabic. Naturally very curious and ambitious, I love challenges.
From a Business and Multicultural Background, I have oriented my choices in this field.
Nevertheless, I like technologies and what new solutions could bring to the society.

    - Face to face interview with currents customers and prospects to understand their business pains/needs
    - Phone prospecting on defined accounts and white-space (Prospects)
    - Coordinate a software team of : Architects, Technical and Business Consultants, Financial and Legal Services, Pre-Sales and Business Partners.

    - Detection, definition of the projects and needs of the customers
    - Define and drive a “Territory Plan”, sales strategy and marketing actions
    - Business development
    - Qualifying, building and owning a predictable sales pipeline
    - Global customer relationship management
    - Coordinate aspects of sale cycle (from start to fend), including price and contract negotiations
    - Conduct customer presentations

    - Leader of a project of implementation and optimization of the campaigns of Prospecting: (creation and following-up / a to c)
    a) Gathering Intelligence (contact from events and others) and Prospection tools (as IBM cristal and others)
    b) Follow-up of every sales action (from call to opportunity creation)
    c) Collaboration with IBM engineers in the creation of an adapted solution (with IBM Forms)
