Main Purpose of Job :
The job involves managing a team of End User Computing support teams to provide high quality, cost effective customer focused IT support to the NIM business in the country/cluster and implement new technologies, in accordance with Nestle Global Strategy and Service Level Agreement. Also, implement new technologies for productivity in local business functions.
• Administrate Network Infrastructure on 3 sites;
• Establish and manage IT Budget for all Western Cluster markets;
• Establish and execute expenses in line with regional objectives;
• Update and adapt Nestlé Group IS Security procedures;
• Technical support for Globe SAP application;
• Manage, plan and follow up new projects related to Globe SAP;
• Manage and coach IT resources across countries;
• Evaluate all IT staff and manage their career plan;
• Propose technical solutions for Infrastructures improvement and adherence to Best Practices;
• Participate to all Regional Projects (SAP interfaces to others applications);
• Follow up and implement NGA (Nestlé Audit Group) recommendations;
GLOBE SAP Project is the implementation of SAP across Nestlé markets.
Main Purpose of Job:
Coordinates the implementation of GLOBE SAP project to ensure that this is undertaken in line with the established methodologies and that the services required are delivered in line with the project work plans.
Key Outputs:
The Market Project work and resource plans, budgets, and business case, as initially established by the Program manager, are refined (or localized) and completed by the Market Project Coordinator to reflect the project scope. Market Project Coordinator is coached to ensure that the completeness and accuracy of project charters.
• Responsible for the administrative coordination of all Country Project activities;
• Collaborates with Business to ensure that Project resources are provided and available;
• Executes formal day-to-day review of activities and associated deliverable;
• Monitors the implementation of CI activities according to deadline;
• Identifies and manages the expectation of key stakeholders;
• Supervises the process of roles assignment;
• Organizes roles assignment for testing & different Go-live stages with market,
• Organizes End-User training and dress rehearsal.
