• To attend and lead daily meetings in order to schedule maintenance activities. Define priority of activities, man power availability and standard materials/spares, special tools/equipment required to carry-out the jobs;
• To organize weekly meeting concerning two weeks look ahead plan. I review back-log and define the reason. I identify solution for performing Maintenance activities. I involve addition resources in coordination with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering and Sub-contractors Analyze PM for two weeks ahead which I generate from SAP;
• To review and analyze resources scheduling/leveling using Primavera P6. Monitor and update progress, potential delays and issue proposed corrective actions, as needed;
• To participate for scheduling pressure vessels and storage tanks inspection program and PSV calibration plan initiated, issued and implemented in accordance with company goals of production, safety and environmental impact and in compliance with Kazakhstan Republic regulations (RoK legislation);
• Prepare weekly maintenance reports to the management.

My responsibilities were:
• To create a TOPO-functional and define criticality of equipment (Vital, Critical, and Secondary) according different parameters like HSE, Production, Cost, etc., concerning AKPO Project located in Nigeria;
• To make Maintenance Plan (Routine and Overhaul) for AKPO Project;
• Corrective maintenance plan about leakage on a pump (Total Lacq Plant).

The first part of the training was to learn English language, and this during a period of nine months. I passed the IELTS. (International English Language Testing System). My level is upper intermediate.
Second part of training consisted of learning technical English. Training from qualified people about Maintenance Planning was provided. Interview as exam was passed.
Also during these two years, training about HSE, soft skills and Management was educated.
