En résumé

My various positions have given me a great ability in managing organizational budget
and / or resources. They also allowed me to work closely with IBM Management and maintain good relationships, that I use in my present role of Project Office Leader.
Regular changes of jobs throughout my career give me a strong employability. My current
position allows me to apply my knowledges of Project Management and to develop an
international experience by working with Poland and Czeck Republic.

  • IBM Global Services - Business Program Manager

    Bois-Colombes Cedex 2014 - maintenant GD CoE (Global Delivery Center of Excellence) manages all requests of resources in Delivery Centers : India, Czech Republic and Poland.
    As Program Leader, I am responsible for giving guidelines to the team that :

    - builds and follows France transition plan to Delivery Centers (1 IMT France Transition Plan Leader + 2 Supports in CZ)
    - follows the progress and the quality of transitions to DC :
    the team consist s of 4 portfolios Leaders (1 PL & 1CZ, 2 FR), 40 Project Managers (5 FR, 15 CZ & 20 PL)
    - ensures compliance to legal processes (3 Supports in PL)
    - follows the management of resources in Delivery Centers and interlocks with Resources Managers in cooperation with Workforce Management team.

  • IBM France - Portfolio Leader

    Bois-Colombes 2014 - 2014 Responsible for coordinating actions of GD CoE PMs (Global
    Delivery Center of Competence Project Managers). These PM
    are transferring activities to Global Delivery centers in Eastern
    Europe.
    In charge of managing this dozen of persons who are working in
    several countries : France, Poland & Czech Republik

  • IBM - Chef de projet

    Bois-Colombes 1984 - 2013 Implement the project "Subcontracting HUB": Centralization of
    subcontracting activities with a purpose of optimization, better
    cost management and transfer of administrative management
    activities in Poland
