• Reviewing recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programmes
• Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates (expatriate and local executives)
• Talent mapping of different positions within specific markets (covering different sectors including Consumer goods, Oil & gas, Power generation and manufacturing sectors)
• Using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships with candidates
• Using candidate databases (both internal & external) to match the right candidate to vacancy
• Choosing appropriate worldwide reaching job boards to advertise open positions
• Carrying out competency based interviews and tests, creating a shortlist of candidates for the client
Candidate management:
• Contacting suitable candidates and informing them about open positions that are suitable for their profiles
• Monitor and manage their application process including screening candidates to determine the best fit for the position.
• Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question
• Scheduling candidates for interviews and briefing them on company requirements
• Following up with candidates through the entire recruitment process to keep them informed of their status
Client Management:
• Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do, their work culture and environment
• Key contact point for portfolio of clients dealing with routine matters throughout range of services and products (coordinating between clients and candidates)
• Using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking in order to attract business from client companies
• Visiting clients to build and develop relationships
• Preparing candidate profiles and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants
• Offering advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates, training and career progression

Participating in the elaboration and implementation of Salary & Employee engagement surveys
