PRESENTATION:

More than (12) years’ experience in Construction work, Quality Control, and inspection of mechanical (static and rotary) equipment, Piping systems, pipelines, structural steel storage tanks, pressure vessels, oil and gas facilities during fabrication, erection and installation stages, and testing. Monitor quality control activities to ensure conformance to QA/QC requirements and specified procedures, and all items of construction work complies with drawings, standards and project specifications. Verify that all inspection and test required have been completed and rated acceptable. Perform inspection survey for materials as per approved purchase order, material data sheet and specification requirement. Review piping test package, conduct final inspection, prepare punch list and verify mechanical completion of punch items, precommissionin and commissioning system

JOB DESCRIPTION DETAIL:

• Mechanical outfitting, including process equipment, rotating equipment / turbo machinery, connecting piping and piping supports
• Monitoring the implementation of mechanical( rotary and static) equipments
• Accurately read and comprehend construction specifications, standards and codes
• Detect possible defects and faults in construction
• Ensure that subcontractor is issuing the necessary inspection notification as per approved quality control Inspection and Test Plan (ITP).
• Perform inspections according to approved ITP, and ensure conformity of the works performed on the site.
• Attend all the meetings related to the discipline (coordination, progress, completion …etc) and preparations of section activities reports (daily / weekly)
• Check the implementation of HSE rules.
• Checked the materials in damage and trace prior to fabrication and checks pressure rating of pipe-fittings & etc
• Verify and review all isometric drawing as per latest revision prior to inspection.
• Checked joint fit-up for cleanliness, dimensional, orientation, and alignment. Internal purge (If applicable).
• Checked the spools for internal cleanliness, flange facings (where applicable) and internal
Condition of orifice flanges.
• Monitoring of welding activities & verifying adherence of the work to the appropriate
Drawings, WPS’s and all other elements pertinent to welding
• Piping fabrication and assembly, including welding / testing.
• Dimensional control and verifications.
• Check / verify if the test package is clear for all NDE requirements prior to hydro / Pneumatic testing.
• Witness hydro test / pneumatic test together with the client.
• Inspection of pipeline centerline, handling, stocking, stringing, cold bending, welding, coating works
