  • Faurecia - Program Development Leader

    2011 - maintenant The PDL is responsible for technical product definition and process feasibility, in line with program planning, quality and costs targets. It is to guide the concept and design detail of a product, tool and equipment. The main missions of the role are to:
    -Manage a program file in Product Data Management, maintaining appropriate product and process definitions, technical specification, and DV & PV plan.
    -Manage technical aspects of a program: Prepare and update other program related technical documentation
    -Ensure that the technical convergence plan meets product quality and costs targets and ensure that the PMS technical milestone deadlines are met.
    -Coordinate technical management of tool suppliers relying on process/tool engineers and experts.
    -Interface with the customer's engineering team
    -Liaise with industrial engineer so that product and process characteristics are under control when production is launched
    -Manage a team of functional-product design engineer(s) and process/tool engineers.

  • Faurecia - CFD & CAE Engineer / Ingénieur Calcul

    2010 - 2011 -Validate the technical choices for new products
    -Create the specifications
    -Optimize the products from the design to prototype
    -Train CAE engineers and share my innovation ideas
    -Paticipate in Prototype and testing labs

    For the automovie exhaust system, I work for the Asia Technique Center R&D for all the type of CAE jobs. such as, CFD calculation, Heat Transfer, Thermal Mechanics, Static Nonlinear, Modal Analysis, Dynamic Engine roll analysis, Vibration & Acoustic (NVH), Durability, Optimization and some part of testing (prototype).

  • PSA Peugeot Citroën - Powertrain Design and Digital Analysis Engineer / Ingénieur Calcul

    Rueil Malmaison 2009 - 2010 Calcul CFD, Calcul Structure mécanique, Calcul Fatigue et Analyse Modale, Calcull Vibratoire pour les moteurs de PSA

    - CFD calculation for the waterjacket cooling system of the automotive powertrain;
    - Bolt tightening on clutch housing, bearing cup, crank shaft, connecting rod... for the engine;
    - Modal Analysis for differents brackets on the engine;

  • Zodiac Aerospace - Stagière d'Ingénieur Calcul

    Plaisir 2009 - 2009 Using "Radioss" to simulate and analyse the dynamic nonlinear calculation for the aircraft saty of seat and dummy. Participate in the Crash Testing Lab and Material Testing Lab.
