   In charge of legal matters of a multinational company:
  - Drafting of documentation relating to Ordinary and Extraordinary Meetings of Shareholders (notice of meetings to the shareholders and the chartered accountant, agenda of meetings, minutes of meetings, proposed resolutions, proxy (in the event of unavailability), windup report (in the event half of the share capital is lost).
  - Translation from French to English of the Management Discussion and the draft resolution of the Annual General Assembly for the German holding company.
