  Details of job responsibilities:
  
  • Review the quality control document (QCP, NDT Procedure).
  • Review and check the documentation on a daily basis to meet the project requirement to affect the final documentation hand over.
  • Preparation & review of preliminary welding procedure specification and welding procedure
  • Check the Inspection Test Notification and Inspection test Report as per QCP
  • Cover all Tanks (Vacuum box testing for detection leaks, Leak test with penetrating oil)
  • Checking weld joint preparation, fit up, alignment & dimensional inspection as per drawings.
  • Witness of material inspection, Leveling, Plumpness, Peaking Banding, roundness for Tank as per Code & Company requirements.
  • Daily monitoring of welding according to WPS and procedures

  • Follow-up of hydro-test step (settlement, air test and collapse test)
