    · Setting the Spare parts and tools coding for Stock management.
    · Manage the maintenance of the Power Station so that all requirements are identified, documented, planned, scheduled and carried out correctly, and that a history of details of work carried out is available in the maintenance management system. And considering compliance with safety, environmental and legal regulations
    · Provide direct technical guidance and support to the Customer’s staff on relevant operational matters.
    · Assist the customer in improvement of relevant operations instructions, analyse operational data with regard to any contractual guarantees and obligations and, if necessary, recommend corrective actions
    · Ensure that planned outages of equipment are supported with the correct tools, equipment, resources and procedures, and that all work is integrated into a single outage plan and executed safely and in time

    2009 - 2010 • Provide technical advice for power service work and support Program Manager and Project Support Engineer for outage related matter (development of outage documents, customer meeting, resource planning, etc.)

    2001 - 2009 In this role I have been responsible for managing the maintenance and integrity of an offshore gas production platforms in the Gulf of Gabes. Aside from performing the daily technical management tasks I was responsible for implementing the Group Operation and Management System Policies and Procedures in all maintenance operations. Involved in all construction projects of the company by leading a team of engineers, Foreman’s and technicians in the mechanical completion commissioning and start up of 02 main projects; Miskar Gas Compression project (200million$) and Hasdrubal Gas Field Project: (700million$).
    Further to this I was deeply involved as champion in Group and Asset design and implementation of major maintenance projects: the Plant Performance Management (PPM), Project, Best Global Strategy to Enhance Performance (BG STEP) project, CMMS upgrade projects..

Insure that aircraft flight inspections, safety and security was well implemented and discrepancies reported and corrected on time. All Planed and scheduled maintenance activities was done, inspected and recorded. CMMS analysis and KPI’s was issued and corrective action plans followed and implanted. Insure the reviewing and updating the aircraft documentation and prepare the maintenance budget for spare prates, resources and outsourcing of the major maintenance activities.
