I am a highly qualified contract & performance manager. Graduated with two masters Degrees, in Finance and Business Management, I have built my career with two large international groups, initially in the oil and gas industry and then in the water and wastewater industry. I have much travelled, having studied in the USA and spent time in Europe and several Middle-Eastern countries.
I am a manager and team player used to deal with both internal and external clients and service providers, as well as public authorities. In my key support function, I have developed strong analytical, planning and organizational skills and have implemented management and technical performance procedures and data-bases within Saur’s highly developed QHSE environment. Applying the key targets and indicators, I am a driver and regulator of performance and efficiency management.
A fluent French, English and Arabic speaker, mastering North African and Middle-Eastern dialects, my professional and communication skills are a valuable attribute.

    Maurepas 2010 - maintenant -Elaborate the 5 years rolling BU’s business plan
    -Review the BU’s objectives and translate them into measurable results
    -Prepare the annual performance plan including targets results, measures and standards
    -Define, measure and communicate contractual performance levels against KPIs
    -Assist the business functions to develop the appropriate action plans to meet the targets
    -Track the implementation and the efficiency of the action plans (internal reports, workshops…)
    -Assess the gap between present and expected results for each business function

    -Set up an official escalation system to the Client for the pending issues that might prevent us from achieving the contractual targets (official letters and regular meetings)
