- Interdisciplinary check; Piping/Civil/Structural/Equipment
- Developing of complex piping design and 3d modeling of onshore and offshore project
- Piping design estimates, schedules and staffer requirements.
- Coordinates piping design activities with other design and engineering groups.
- Assists the Const, Manager in the supervising and monitoring of work execution at site.
- Responsible of Contractors supply material as per Construction documents.
- Review/approve the project schedule and mobilization plan
- Review Method Statements, rigging plan, facilitate TRAs,
- Foresee constructability difficulties and prepare a solution.
- Ensure that contractors comply with all aspects of the worksite HSE plan and policy; site regulations, permit to work and client requirements. Ensure by leadership and guidance, that contracted works meets all practical, commercial, requirements of productivity,
- Assures completion of the pre-commissioning works and participates with the commissioning and start up activities
- Routinely study, check and review all contractors’ scope as detailed in drawings, specifications and instructions, ensuring contractors proper interpretation and compliance with the drawings and specifications.
- Ensure proper change control by issuing field instructions for all changes, reviewing technical queries to ensure responses are appropriate and practical, and reviewing advanced revision notices prior to issue to contractors to ensure correct use of construction resources.
- Ensure contractors dimensional control methods for checking that the works are properly set out. Supervise specialist surveying contractors where necessary.
- Ensure supervisors carryout the witness, inspection and surveillance checks in accordance with the quality plan and the requirements of the quality control manager.
- Experience with the following codes: ASTM, ASME, APL, / Refineries, Oil and Gal, Power, Petrochemicals, and Chemicals Plants
- Experience on: CADWORX Package, PDMS ,Plant 3D (Plant Design Suite Package) and 3Dlift planner/plan
