    Controls recruitment needs .
    Provides advice and assistance to Production Manager's on staff recruitment
    Draft job descriptions with managers and supervisors as needed and maintain job description file.
    Responsible on the performance Appraisal systems implementation.
    Set up and follow up the training and development programs in coordination with the training team.
    Put in place with the central HR manager and PS manager motivation and retention plans.

    Responsible of the system data quality provided by the HR Segments.
    -HR Policies & procedures:
    Implement human resources programs and policies such as PAP, AIP, C4 corporate and local instructions.
    Oversee management of A.I.P , report anomalies and provides help to ensure successful implementation of this concept according to Work Instruction.
    -Compensation and benefits:
    Develop, implement and participate in employee recognition programs.
    Work with PS management and HR Manager to draft consistent, equitable and competitive compensation and benefits plans.
    -HR Reportings and KPIS follow up:
    HC, absence, fluctuation KPIs consolidation and follow up.
    Manages improvement programs in order to reach preset targets.
    Consolidate the plant section PPT and communicate it to the HR manager within the deadline.
    Lead improvement action plans implementation related to LPS plus star KPIs analysis.
    -Employees counseling:
    Answer general human resources-related inquiries from staff.
    Communicate the company's HR strategy and promote the company's culture.
