    - Definition and re-planning of the strategic objectives with the Regional Sales Manager South EMEA
    - Collaborating with Zebra Technologies' team members in order to maximise prospect potential
    - Participation to conference calls between the generated leads and the Regional Sales Manager as part of continuous improvement

    •Marketing and Communications consultancy :
    - Creation of a communications plan for EMEA and DACH Regions (RFID market represents £420K in 2015) : building the proposition and the global presentation for the Zebra Group, selecting the data, executing some of the tasks (writing newsletters, inviting people to webinars), working with a marketing agency, collecting feedback and providing analysis
    - Being in link with Zebra Technologies' Departments across the world in order to give feedback directly from the prospects and improving the marketing material

    2014 - 2015 I'm responsible for the project management and day-to-day execution of our long-term projects, which include 6+ months client productions, in-house marketing efforts as well as publishing and crowd funding campaigns, internal and commercial.

    I'm also responsible for building and managing the implementation of marketing/communication plans for our Education department, which includes a range of Photography, Editing and Retouching workshops for amateur and professional photographers.

    I review and manage the performances of our photographers, in an effort to improve time efficiency and the overall efficiency of the communication strategy for our photography and production services.

    Among the project I’ve managed:

    - A six-episode TV series due to air in Autumn 2015 for Curry Leaf Cafe, award-winning Indian restaurant in Brighton (listed in the Guardian’s ‘Top 10 places to drink in Brighton’);
    - A coordinated media campaign for the launch of www.italiankingdom.com, an online magazine for the Italian community in London.
