I have accomplished my full 40 years professional career with the Europcar Group.
I started in 1972 and held various operational positions at Europcar France, being assigned District Manager in Bordeaux in 1977, then Regional Director in Paris from 1978 until mid eighties.
I then moved to Fleet Operations business in 1985, and was assigned Fleet Director for France in 1988, then Fleet Director for France and Italy in 1993.
I definitively moved to a true international career when being assigned International Fleet Director for the Group in 1996, a position I held until Feb. 2012 when I retired.
In this last position as Group Fleet Director I was responsible Group wide for the acquisition of 300.000 vehicles per year and their entire life cycle from in-fleet to de-fleet and remarketing. Steering the Group Fleet strategy, I have been looking after partnerships with car makers and all Fleet operations activities in the corporate countries around Europe and Australia.
