   Perform in-depth analysis of the switch performance and possibilities for improvement. Data collected on site as well as in advance is used as a base for the performance analysis. .
   Review the network elements to determine element exhaust dates and recommends.

  MASSY 2011 - 2012  Establishing the entire Core Network detailed architecture and base design documentations.
   Analyze, plan and modify network components supporting network growth.
   Work closely with Design/Project team and Operation team for network growth and issues solving
   Perform a “health check” of the current working state of the core network which means AXE, M-MGW. The areas below are covered for AXE nodes (MSC, HLR and BSC):
   Improve the traffic handling capability by checking all congested links including access and backbone and recommend optimum network operations procedure.
   Create complete visibility for the current configuration of the core network, highlight errors and inconsistencies in the data across the network and perform the high level impact analysis of those discrepancies. The way forward for correcting configuration data is also provided.
   Perform in-depth analysis of the switch performance and possibilities for improvement. Data collected on site as well as in advance is used as a base for the performance analysis.
   Develop alternative routing scenarios and changes in required sequence of network activities.
