  • Event agencies - Senior Event manager

    2013 - maintenant Senior project manager large accounts in the luxury industry such as Dior, Coty, Mont Blanc, Cartier, Rado, and Swatch, in Miami and elsewhere in the United States. Organization of store openings, seminars, team-building, gala events, shows, and other personalized events
    Duties:
    - Work closely with the client all over the projects. Identify and determine their requirements.
    - Create budgets and accounting (from $30k to $300k).
    - Research providers and partners. Handles all aspects of negotiation and coordination process.
    - Research and Recommend suitable venues for the event
    - Coordinate hotel rooms, upgrades, food & beverage, check-in, and VIP transportation
    - Design and install décors and AV
    - Provide the artistic creation (decors, themes...)
    - Organize entertainment and activities
    - Coordinate complicated schedules
    - Lead the event team (providers, hostesses, hotel/room’ team, security, artists…)
    - Follow up with the clients and accountings post event
  • Productions télévisuelles - Production manager

    2007 - 2013 Production manager for TF1, M6, NT1 and local French television channels. Organized shoots in France and in the United States (Miami, New York, Las Vegas and Los Angeles).
    - Managing of teams, budgets, transports, accommodations, permits and scouting. Preparation and realization of interviews and postproduction work.
