    and constant communication through the process to develop the best-compromise to keep the lines moving (cost
    and ease of repair, stress calculation timeframe, production deadlines)
    * MRB representative for A330 morning meetings to manage non-conformances priorities with production
    managers
    * ``Trent700 focal point'': principal contact in MRB team, for line managers, quality and methods teams, for A330
    program
    * Driving a weekly meeting related to B6 building quarantine area. A joint effort of the team, enabled to reduce the
    quarantine stock value from GBP 80K to GBP 7K in 2 months
    * Involved in Aircelle's participative innovation: Creation of standardised templates for quality controllers to detail
    non-conformances. It enabled a reduction by 50% of the quality notifications to come back and forth between
    departments for information.
    * Green Belt project manager: ``Internal non-conformances sanction lead time reduction''
    o Mentoring and managing an apprentice working 50% on the project and 50% on non-conformances
    o Following the D.M.A.I.C philosophy to achieve a reduction of lead time by 40% (wastes reduction,
    streamline of the process and process steps reduction)
    o Centralisation of the activity by restructuring the organization and developing team members
