Deputy Project Director for the project control of gasoline engines projects in co-operation with the two Joint-Ventures of the company in China (DPCA in Wuhan and CAPSA in Shenzhen) and with BMW (PRINCE 3)
- Head of a 10 people team distributed in France and in China,
- Planning – responsible for managing tenders at the project initiation and concerning new requests during the project,
- Scheduling – responsible for controlling the time schedules for the powertrains projects in Europe and in China, using Microsoft Project,
- Cost estimating – evaluation of the project budget and negotiation with the project owner at the opening of the project, and during the project to take into account évolutions
- Cost control – control and monitoring of the project budget during the different project phases,
- Change management – responsible for implementing and leading the global change management process within the project,
- Risk management – responsible for co-leading with the project quality manager the global risk management process and for taking into account risks within the project control field,
- Reporting – responsible for the whole project reporting to the management staff based on many KPIs regarding planning, cost, quality, technical advancement and milestones reviews.

Deputy Project Manager for the project scheduling of gasoline engines projects in co-operation with BMW (PRINCE 2) (budget €250 million / 400 people / 2 engines plants in France and UK / 2 R&D centres in France and Germany)
- Elaboration of the development time schedules for the engine launches on Peugeot and Citroën vehicles,
- Control of the achievement of the activities and deliverables, using Microsoft Project: management of critical paths and time margins, detection of delay, reporting, definition and lead of actions plans to converge,
- Guarantee of the consistency of the whole validation plan between the different technical domains involved,
- Responsible for the prototypes resources.

Project Quality Manager of gasoline engines projects in co-operation with BMW
- In charge of the project quality during the industrial launch (ramp-up 0 to 2000 engines/day in 6 months) in the PSA engine plant in Lens, France,
- Transversal management of 10 technical quality engineers mainly to ensure the achievement of quality targets at suppliers,
- Organization of the milestones reviews in order to get the board approval,
- Coordination of task forces to solve internal defects and suppliers defects, and later to solve defects detected by the after-sales department,
- Introduction of relevant quality Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and weekly report to the project director
