    Gennevilliers cedex 2014 - maintenant In charge of coordination of controlling of the southern Europe countries (France / Spain / Portugal & Italy) for Gardena Brand.
    Support the regional sales director in the budget & forecast process, sales reporting and monthly reports to the Group.
    Analyse the local profitability and P&L in order to give key indicators for the strategic plans.
    Support the local controllers and structure the new region reports.

  • Husqvarna Group - Controlling manager France & Distributors SEMEA

    Gennevilliers cedex 2013 - 2014 Responsible of the Controlling for the French subsidiary and the distributors channel in South EMEA (Italy/Spain/Portugal/Turkey/Middle East countries). I am the privileged point of contact for Finance between the Group based in Sweden and the French sub.

    My responsibilities include the management of forecasts, the budget analysis, the profitability process/analysis, the pricing support and to ensure the coordination with the external auditors.
    I am also in charge of the budget process (from top line to bottom line of P&L). I have to guarantee the results, respect the reporting processes and the deadlines.

    I am responsible for the distributors business for South EMEA. I have built the financial processes, guidelines around the activity, by providing monthly reports and analysis.
    I am also part of the EMEA team, in charge of the profitability process for all the countries in the EMEA area. I consolidate the results for the countries of my sales region (South Europe).

    Gennevilliers cedex 2006 - 2013 As manager of the Controlling for France, I have imposed the rigorous and I have structured the team and the controlling department in order to guarantee reliable process and results.

    In charge of the budgets for France for the two sales channels (Dealer and Retail businesses), my role is to guarantee the expected forecast and the costs analysis per division and costs center.

    My responsibility is to help the managers to monitor their business and support them in the strategic decisions, thanks to reliable reporting and analysis and a good knowledge of the company.
